More than possessing the knowledge, it is important to know what purpose that knowledge can serve. Our country has been affected by the stereotype teaching system, where the focus is on ensuring that the students has learnt what has been taught.
AEF focuses on a much broader picture, which is of developing not just a SCHOLAR but a COMPLETE PERSON. One who know WHAT he is learning, WHY is he learning and HOW can he make the best utilization of his new gained knowledge.

Education is the process of mutual acceptability. Acceptability towards teachers, acceptability towards learners and more over acceptability towards the new experiences and knowledge. Teaching is an important part of the process of education. Its special function is to impart knowledge. develop understanding and skill. Obviously, teaching is not a mechanical process. It is exacting and intricate as well. It is not "telling and testing". Teaching is a complex art of guiding students through a variety of selected experiences towards the attainment of appropriate teaching learning goals.
At the same time learing is an enrichment of experiences. There is an interaction of the environment with the organism in learning. Without learning all efforts of children as well as of teachers have no meaning.
